Our primary shipping partner is UPS. On occasion we also utilize the U.S. Postal Service. Most orders will ship within 12-24 hours. If an item will take longer then twenty four hours to ship, or if any items are backordered you will be notified via email.
Shipping rates are calculated using the weight of the packaged product and the distance shipped. This data is plugged into a UPS calculation. You may notice that the shipping weights seem high for the item you ordered, especially one piece rods with a length of five feet and longer. A handling charge may be added to one piece fishing rods to compensate for the oversized shipping charges FishLinked incurs.
Defective products may be returned to FishLinked Angler Center for a replacement or refund. All returns must be made within thirty days of the invoice date. After thirty days, returns must be made directly to the manufacturer or producer of your product.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Special order items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Prior to returning any item, you must contact Fishlinked Customer Service for a Return Authorization. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a return authorization. The return authorization is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. Return authorizations are valid for 8 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of your receipt of the return authorization. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns, both to and from you.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included (please keep a copy for your records) and the return authorization visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
